Dr. Iram Amjad is an Assistant Professor of English (Applied Linguistics) FAST-NUCES, Lahore Campus. She received her PhD degree in English Linguistics from University of Management and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. She has also actively participated in and presented her research at several international conferences, showcasing her commitment to advancing the field of Forensic Linguistics in Pakistan. Dr. Amjad’s academic specialization includes an in-depth focus on diverse methods and topics in Forensic Linguistics from Aston University, UK. Her research interests are broad and include Applied Linguistics, Corpus-Assisted Critical Discourse Analysis, Legal Discourse, and the exploration of language and gender in the criminal justice system through Computational Forensic approaches.
